Is turn-key production—from component sourcing to final assembly—available?
A
Yes. We can procure a wide range of components, including electronic/electrical parts such as mounted components and PCBs, as well as processed metal and molded plastic parts. We will propose the most suitable solution based on your needs.

What kinds of products have you manufactured?
A
We have extensive experience in various fields, including smartphone and automotive camera modules, control boards for consumer devices, RFID cards, and medical device PCBA.

Are your material warehouse and production lines located separately?

Yes, the material warehouse and the production lines are in separate areas.

Can you support everything from mold cases to final product assembly?

Which solder manufacturers do you use? Can we specify one?

We use solder from both domestic and international manufacturers, including Senju Metal Industry. Upon request, we can use solder from a manufacturer specified by the customer.

Can you advise us on production equipment for outsourcing?

Yes, we can. By collaborating across departments and with our parent company in Japan, we can provide the necessary support.

Do you accept design outsourcing? What experience do you have?

Yes, we offer joint development with our parent company, Sun-S Co., Ltd. Past projects include security keys and sewing machines.

Our cleanroom is designed to meet Class 10,000 standards, with actual performance reaching Class 1,000.

We have 5 lines at Fab A and 9 lines at Fab B, for a total of 14 lines.

We operate 12 units at Fab A and 31 at Fab B, totaling 43 units.

We use equipment from YAMAHA and FUJI.

We support 0402 chip size mounting.

Do you have reliability testing equipment?
A
We are equipped with reliability testing systems for completed and semi-completed products, including constant temperature storage, thermal cycling, high temperature and humidity, drop shock, and vibration.

Can you perform failure analysis?

We are equipped with a variety of analytical instruments, including Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDX), and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR).

Can you issue multilingual defect analysis reports?

We provide reports in Japanese, English, and Vietnamese.

Yes, we maintain traceability from material sourcing through production to shipment.

Procurement

Can you procure materials?

Yes. In addition to our own procurement routes, we also procure through our parent company, Sun-S Co., Ltd. We support both local and international sourcing.

Can you handle bonded procurement and exports?
A
Yes, we hold a bonded license (EPE), allowing us to handle bonded operations from material import to product export.
