4. In-house process design, material selection, and jig/equipment/application development

Leveraging our extensive production engineering capabilities and know-how, we design optimal production processes tailored to our customers’ requests and specifications, and select materials that consider cost efficiency and quality.
We also design and manufacture some of our production equipment, including the jigs required for production, and develop and implement the applications required for production.
This enables us to automate manual tasks and integrate equipment, improving work efficiency and productivity.
These process design, in-house production, and automation efforts contribute to both cost reduction and improved productivity and quality.

5. Manufacturing Experience in In-Vehicle Cameras

We have extensive experience in the manufacture of in-vehicle cameras, and have a proven track record of manufacturing highly reliable products for the automotive industry. We possess the technical capabilities and quality control system to meet the demands of in-vehicle applications, especially those requiring safety and durability.
Furthermore, as part of our quality control system, we have obtained the international standard IATF16949 and have established a production system that meets the strict quality standards for automotive parts.
This enables us to provide high-quality, stable products and reliably meet the reliability demands of the automotive industry.

6. Production Base Relocation Support

We have experience relocating an in-vehicle camera production base from China to Vietnam.
In addition to simple relocation, we also propose production line optimization and customization to ensure a stable production system and high quality even after operations begin.
